Recital Donations will benefit Downtown Soup Kitchen

Dr. Brandon Hollihan, the music director at First UMC South Bend, will present a free, online solo
piano recital for the entire South Bend community on Friday, January 8th, 2021 at 8 pm.
This pre-recorded presentation is free and open to all, any donations collected will benefit the Downtown Soup Kitchen ministry. The recital is a great way to provide aid for the individuals and families who need it most during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Works to be performed include selections from the George Gershwin songbook, John Adams’
Phrygian Gates, and Beethoven’s Piano Sonata No. 21 in C Major, Op. 53 “Waldstein.”
A YouTube link will be published here and on the Soup Kitchen and Church Facebook pages on Wednesday evening, January 6th. The link will become live on January 8th at 8 pm ET.
